I had the same problem as Summer. The flavor is very good, but the cookies are far too delicate and disintegrate with any handling. How can we make them stick together?

I just made a diabetic friendly version of these for Christmas, using Stevia powder in place of sugar + 1 Tbsp of Splenda brown sugar to counter the slight Stevia aftertaste. They tasted delicious and light, but (and I am guessing it is due to something I did or substituted) the cookies I made were sooooo delicate. Caution had be used just picking them on. They were certainly melt-in-your-mouth good, but wondering what I can do next time to make them hold together. Note, I used Arrowroot Starch in place of corn starch. Thank you!
