Chicken Sausage and Broccoli Rabe with Rotini

A whole meal in one dish with your protein and vegetables. Made with Pamela’s Rotini.

    • 1 box Pamela’s Rotini Pasta, cooked (8 oz)
    • 2 chicken sausages, diced
    • 1 bunch broccoli rabe, roughly chopped
    • 2 TBSP butter
    • 1 tsp red pepper flakes

    Cook the rotini until desired texture. Drain and rinse pasta.

    Heat the butter in a large sauce pan and cook the chicken sausage and broccoli rabe.

    Add Pamela’s Rotini with a splash of pasta water.

    Sprinkle with red pepper flakes before serving.
