Consistently good shortbread- I have made this recipe twice now. The first time using corn starch and the second time I used potato starch. Both times I used a vegan margarine, scooped 1 tablespoon balls of batter and using a cookie press to flatten each ball. I have even frozen the dough balls and cook bake them as guest arrive!
