These are fantastic and versatile.You can also play with different cheese and I use coconut oil instead of butter. I have also substituted Pamela's Baking Mix and it works great. They freeze really well too. I will freeze the wedges and take one out for breakfast in the morning and microwave for 40-45 seconds and it tastes like it's right out of the oven. YUM!
