These cookies are absolutely delicious, whether eating them by the handful or using them in a recipe! They are very versatile and are the celiac answer to that non gluten free famous chocolate cookie sandwich. They are very hard to find in the stores, which is a shame. They freeze very well and keep well.

The cookie are very good and came in the mail unbroken. I ordered them because I make gluten free desserts for my friend when we have a gathering. I also have used the chocolate graham crackers. Very good products.
