Never fail with Pamela’s flour and other flours. I consistently can make recipes with her flour blends and it come out perfect. For our family Pamelas is the only gluten free flour products we will use!
They taste good no doubt. I can even mix it with other flours and make decent GF bread. Problem is the salt. I should have paid attention to that. 300mg per 1/4 cup is unreal. I think it must be a mistake.
Perfect pancake mix. Best I ever had.
I have used this to make cookies, muffins, quick bread and coffee cake. It is extremely versatile and extremely good.
I have Celiacs Disease and have tried so many gluten free pancake mixes, but Pamela's is the BEST by far!!
We love it and the grandkids can't tell it's gluten free, they love it as well.
I highly recommend trying it if you haven't.
