I use Pamela's flour in my home based bakery. It's an excellent gluten free / dairy free flour.

I bake a loaf every Saturday for our Contemporary Worship service on Sunday. We have been serving this gluten-free bread for over 3 years. We had to curtail this offering during pandemic, but have resumed about 2 months ago and the congregation were so happy to return to this delicious offering!

A great breakfast idea!
Just finished making my first loaf of sandwich bread and enjoying a slice with butter. The texture was nice and soft with perfectly shaped holes inside. No large, gaping holes and no collapsing of the top. Flavor was superb! After returning a bread machine to an Amazon seller, I decided to purchase a Brod and Taylor Proofer to proof the bread. It was a perfectly controlled environment for proofing this bread. Although the proofer was a bit expensive, I believe a home proofer, in combination with Pamela’s Bread Mix, was worth the investment. Their Pancake and Baking Mix (made with Almond Meal) make absolutely PERFECT chocolate chip cookies.
