For the 2012 Recipe Contest, we decided to add Pamela’s comments about the winning recipes. About this recipe Pamela said: “I LOVED the crepe on this dish! It was the perfect crepe, soft, pliable and easy to roll. This recipe called for serving with shrimp and veggies, but could be used for almost any savory filling. I am a huge asparagus and cheese crepe lover, also spinach and mushrooms would work well. I loved the bright yellow that the turmeric added which brought an eyeful of color to the plate but could be left out.” See all the 2012 winning recipes.
