Pamela's Irresistible Cookies

1 bag of Pamela's Chocolate Brownie Mix
1/2 cup oil
1 large egg
3 tablespoons water
Optional: 1/2 cup nuts (walnuts, macadamia or pecan)
Optional: 1/4 cup additional dark chocolate chips, and/or white chocolate chips
Mix all ingredients enough to incorporate. Dough may be dry but will mix together. Do not over mix. Place rounded tablespoons of dough on greased cookie sheet. Flatten. Bake at 350° for 14 to 16 minutes. Cookies should be slightly firm to the touch. Let cool before removing with spatula.
Makes approximately 18 cookies.
This dough can be frozen. Form into a log, wrap in plastic wrap and freeze. To bake, remove the plastic wrap, cut log into 1/4 inch slices and bake following the directions above.
High Altitude Baking: increase oven temperature by 25° and bake according to recipe directions.
