Egg-free & Dairy-free Chocolate Cake


brownie-mix

1 bag of Pamela's Chocolate Brownie Mix
1/2 cup applesauce or pumpkin
1/2 cup oil
3/4 cup rice milk
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Mix ingredients together for 1 minute on medium speed. Bake in greased 9" round at 350° for 35 to 38 minutes. Cake should be firm to the touch before removing from oven.

Makes one layer cake.
