Bar Cookies


Baking-mix

1 bag Pamela's Chocolate Chunk Cookies Mix
1 cube butter or margarine (8 tablespoons)
1 large egg or egg replacer (prepared)

Mix all ingredients together and spread dough evenly in a lightly greased 8" x 8" pan. Bake in preheated 350º oven for 20 to 24 minutes. Let cool, then cut into bars. Frosting can be added for an extra special treat.
