Pizza Crust #2

2-1/4 teaspoon active dry yeast
2/3 cup very warm water
1 teaspoon sugar
Combine together and let stand until foamy: 5-10 minutes.
2 cups Pamela's Baking & Pancake Mix
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (optional)
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
Mix all ingredients into yeast mixture, beat for 1 minute on high. Pour onto a greased baking sheet. Sprinkle dough with Pamela's Baking & Pancake Mix as needed to keep fingers from sticking and pat out dough into a round with a higher edge for the outside crust. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and add pizza sauce and your favorite toppings.
Optional: brush the crust edge with olive oil. Return pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
Pizza Ideas: #1. Ready-made pasta sauces make a quick pizza sauce and come in a variety of flavor combinations. #2. I like to dust my baking sheet with cornmeal before pouring dough onto it to add texture to the crust. #3. Try adding other seasonings or cheese to the dough for interesting flavors.
