Irresistible Chocolate Brownie
Cookies or Pamela's Chocolate
Double Chip Cookies

1 bag of Pamela's Chocolate Brownie Mix
1/2 cup (1 cube) melted butter
3 tablespoons water
1 large egg
Optional, add extra chocolate chips and/or 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Mix to incorporate. Drop 1 tablespoon of dough on a greased cookie sheet, flatten. Bake at 350° for 14 to 16 minutes.

This dough can be frozen into a log. Cut into 1/4" sections (no need to flatten) and follow baking instructions.
