This is great for topping on muffins, coffee cake, and quick breads. Made with Pamela’s Oatmeal Cookie & Bar Mix.

Oatmeal Crumble or Crisp Topping

Yield: Approximately 3 cups topping; for thick crumble on a 8 x 8-inch or 9 x 9-inch cobbler, or lighter crumble topping on a 9 x 13-inch pan

Oatmeal Crumble or Crisp Topping

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:

Using a food processor, stand mixer with paddle attachment, pastry cutter, or fingers, cut butter into dry mix until pea sized crumbs are formed.

Use for fresh fruit crumbles or crisps, or as a topping on muffins, coffee cake, and quick breads.

Extra crumble can be stored in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to three months.
