An old-fashioned oatmeal cookie taste with the richness of cranberry and chocolate.

Oatmeal Chocolate Chunk Cranberry Cookies


  • 1 bag Pamela’s Oatmeal Cookie Mix
  • 8 TBSP butter or butter alternative (with egg replacer, use 10 TBSP)
  • 1 egg, large (or equivalent of 2 large eggs if using egg replacer)
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries and 1/2 cup chocolate chips


Pre-heat oven to 350°.

Soften butter with stand mixer, add cookie mix, egg, cranberries and chocolate chips. Combine until fully incorporated. Drop dough in heaping TBSP onto a parchment covered or pre-greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes. Let cool completely.
