I’ve been using artisan blend flour for a while now. I’m pleased with the fact that I can use Pamela’s flour for all my recipes. However, all the cakes and breads I make don’t seem to stay risen. What would you recommend should I add more baking powder?
    Thank you.

      Response from Pamela:
I would try adding a touch more flour. Sounds like the batter is a touch thin and can’t hold the rise. 1 to 2 tbsp should do it. But start with adding one. Too thick batter can’t rise well.

I am making the Bread mix dinner rolls & nothing was said with that particular recipe to add a packet of dry yeast, only when making the pizza crust rustic rolls. I added a package of dry yeast anyways knowing my 4 lb. bag does not contain yeast. Cross your fingers!!!
