What’s a better morning treat than a muffin? Now you can have one in a snap by baking and freezing them ahead of time. See all of our muffin recipes.
1. Make and bake muffins.
2. Cool muffins before wrapping individual muffins in wax paper bags or plastic wrap. It is not necessary to individually wrap each muffin if you are going to eat them within a week or two. It is very helpful to prevent ice forming if storing in the freezer for more than two weeks.
3. Place wrapped muffins into freezer bags. Freeze.
4. Place unwrapped, frozen muffins in foil and bake in preheated 350° oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
5. OR, microwave individual muffins for 20 to 30 seconds.
