How To Freeze Bread

There are two ways to freeze your homemade bread for later use.

The first is to make the dough, freeze the dough in the loaf pan, and then bake the whole loaf right out of the freezer. See instructions for making a parchment collar.


The second is to make the dough and bake the bread, then slice and freeze the loaf for easy individual slices of bread when you want them.
