About this recipe Pamela said: “I remember thinking that this was like a dish you would find in an expensive lunch restaurant! I loved the idea of ‘grilling’ the flatbread; it gave the flatbread a new layer of flavor that worked perfectly with the goat cheese, apples and pecans, drizzled with honey.
