Please read the directions carefully, so that we can be sure to receive your request and support your event. If you are a dietitian, doctor or other health care provider please use our Sample Request form for Dietitians. We thank you for your interest in Pamela's Products. We are a community minded company.

Unfortunately, we are not able to participate in every event. If you are interested in receiving samples for a Celiac, Autism, Mothering/Parenting, or related event, please fill out the form below. Due to the volume of requests, our donation program is limited to group events. We do not send samples to individuals. If you are interested in learning more about a specific product of ours please go to our Products Section. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and hope that we are able to support your needs.
