Ingredients

    Yield:

  • 1 bag Pamela’s Scone Mix
  • ½ cup oat milk (or any milk)
  • 1 cup chocolate chip semi-sweet
  • ½ cup cold butter
Directions

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

    In a large bowl, add the Pamela’s Scone Mix, then the butter and work it into the flour until it resembles coarse, damp sand.

    Pour the milk into the large bowl. Stir until a dough forms and there are no more dry flour remains at the bottom of the bowl.

    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add the dough and shape it into a large circle that’s about 1.5" thick. Bake the scones for 18-20 minutes in the fully preheated oven, or until they are just slightly golden brown on top. Allow the scones to cool completely before serving.
