About this recipe Pamela said: “When the panel and I tasted the Cider Battered Shrimp, we moaned; crispy with a delightful flavor enhanced by the help of the cornmeal and the interesting addition of cider. Then when we dipped the shrimp into the avocado/lime mayo, we absolutely shouted with joy! The combo was perfection! Easy and beautiful!
