How should I store the baking mix once I open the bag?We recommend storage in an air tight container, like a zippered bag, plastic food container, or fold down the top of the mix bag and seal with a clip. To TopWhat does the "K" on your baking mixes stand for?The "K" designates that our products are under Kosher supervision.
To TopWhat does the "OUD" stand for on the cookies? Does the "D" in the OUD mark mean there is dairy in the cookies?The "OU" part of the kosher mark on our cookies designates that these products, including the facility that they were produced in, are certified by Orthodox Union. Since butter (a dairy product) is in some of our products, the entire facility is designated as a "dairy" facility. Kosher law mandates that everything made on equipment that makes products containing dairy/milk will be designated with the "D", even if there are no dairy/milk ingredients used in that product. This means that many of our non-dairy products will carry the "D" designation even though they contain no dairy ingredients.
