This month, I am so excited to be sharing my 28th anniversary with you. My customers have been the inspiration for all of my products since the time I worked as a cookie packer for my dad in the late 1970s and experienced how horrible gluten-free foods were then! I have listened to you over the years - your suggestions, your stories and your kind words, and I've enjoyed meeting many of you. Here's to many more anniversaries and products to come!

Also this month, I hope you will try some of our seasonal recipes, along with new treats using my gluten-free Grahams.

Natural Products Expo
Last month, Pamela's Products attended the Natural Products Expo in Anaheim, CA. "Expo West" is the world's largest trade show for natural and organic products. We enjoyed showing our new products to grocery store buyers and the media. Hopefully these new products will make their way into a store near you this year!
Tips from Pamela's Kitchen - When making pan bars, like the Seven Layer Bars, line your pan with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray. This will keep the bars from sticking to the pan and you can use the parchment paper to lift the bars out of the pan when cool.

What do you do at Pamela's Products and how long have you worked here? I process Manufacturers Charge Backs. And as a matter of fact, it will be a year that I've had the pleasure of working here, as of this April.

What is your favorite aspect of your job here?   The plausibility of the endless possibilities!

Outside of work, what are your hobbies or interests? More accurately would be, what aren't? I love learning, experimenting and above all, experiencing. Isn't that what life's all about after all?

What is your favorite Pamela's product and why? I'd have to go with the All Purpose Flour Artisan Blend. It's versatile and takes the guess work out of the gluten free flour combining. Though, I'm riddled with the anticipation of getting my hands on the new mix product line. It could most likely be my new fave!
