Loveletter Cake Shop in New York has added a line of gluten-free cakes to their menu, and they are using Pamela's All-Purpose Flour Artisan Blend to do it! They were nice enough to let us share one of their recipes with you: "In response to the growing gluten free market in New York City, Loveletter Cakeshop began developing a full line of gluten free cakes. To achieve this, we individually taste-tested every single gluten free flour blend on the market (yes, all of them!). When we tasted our chocolate cake recipe with Pamela's All-Purpose Flour Artisan Blend, we thought we were tasting our conventional chocolate cake and had to double check. What do you do at Pamela's Products and how long have you worked here? I am the Accounts Receivable Specialist. My duty is to receive all payments for Pamela's Products, and to track and resolve payment issues. I have been with Pamela's Product's for 5 years.

What is your favorite aspect of your job here? My favorite aspect of my job is that I get to do what I love doing, working with numbers. I also love creating new accounts, sending invoices to many new places, and watching the company grow, grow and grow.

Outside of work, what are your hobbies or interests? My hobbies outside or work include painting, yoga, going for hikes with my dog, traveling, spending time with my family, and simply just relaxing

What is your favorite Pamela's product and why? My favorite Pamela's Products is the Oat Raisin Walnut Spice Whenever Bars because they have a great taste, not too sweet. I love the cinnamon and the walnuts. I like to warm them in the microwave for few seconds and YUM! I also take them for a snack on a hike or at my desk: wherever whenever, it's the Whenever Bar.
